Account Manager for newly created position in market leading electronics company
As account manager you will become a part of the controls department with reference to the sales manager. The controls department is very strategically important in Eltwin and you will be given a unique opportunity to put your mark on the business segment. The company is experiencing massive growth and since the department is still new and relatively small, it provides great opportunities for personal and professional, as well as career development and advancement. The department consists of two development engineers, a key account manager and the sales manager.

Get the chance to create results within a new business segment
Your primary task will be to develop and grow the business segment of controls, as well as creating new technological solutions in collaboration with the clients and your skilled colleagues in the department. You will be given the responsibility of expanding the business and breaking the business into different new target industries. Furthermore, you will become a strategic sparring partner to the sales manager. The company and the controls department is characterized by great freedom and you will be entering a new department, where you will have to a large extend will be able to plan and shape your own days. In the beginning your work will consist of a large amount of outreach sales and development of existing clients, while as new customers are brought into the department, your role will include some key account management too. The sales are exclusively project and solution sales, tailormade for specific individual clients and typically larger technical development projects. You will be entering into a central role as the link between the clients and the department, and you will be a crucial factor in creating the best solutions for the customers of the business. Your main task will be to identify your clients’ needs and ensure that they get exactly the right solutions.

 

About you
You have a commercial or technical background in electronics, with several years of experience in solution sales, preferably from a manufacturing company. You have experience from industries such as electronics, electrical automation, mechanics, pneumatics etc. You are technically sound, and it is an advantage if you have experience with OEM customers. If you have, to some extent, touched upon mechanics and/or software, that is also a plus. You like the idea of acting as a link between the customers and the engineers, and you are fluent in both Danish and English, on a technical level. You are interested in sales at a strategic level and have some strategic knowledge or expertise. You are independent, self-driven and thrive in a busy everyday life with many tasks and a high level of activity. It is crucial that you are outgoing, since your will be working with a large internal and external interface. You can work, highly focused, in a structured manner. You also enjoy life on the road.
